2. Personalized and Custom-Made Items:
- Due to the unique nature of personalized and custom-made products, we are unable to accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order with clear photos and videos of the issue. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Return Process:
- We humbly don't take returns on items sold once except for special cases.
Wrong Delivery: If it's an incorrect item sent other than what customer ordered we would take return of the same with unboxing video. Any such issue with the product delivered , customer needs to mail us at crafteddeskbydivya@gmail.com within 24 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel
5. Unclaimed or Returned Packages:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
6. Cancelation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible for personalized and custom-made items.
