Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment and necessary customization details.

2. Customization Time:

  • Personalized and custom-made items may require additional time for crafting. The estimated production time for each product is specified on the respective product page or will be informed before hand while placing the order.

3. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping options at checkout.
  • The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination.
  • We offer shipping at flat ₹120 Pan India and ₹100 for Delhi under weight 1kg. 

4. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within India and internationally. For international shipping, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • For International shipping , kindly contact us. 

5. Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4-9 business days domestically, 15-25 business days internationally.
  • Expedited Shipping: Please contact for same , it depends on location. 

7. Shipping Delays:

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

8. Address Accuracy:

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Missing or Lost Packages:

  • In the rare event that your package is lost or missing, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or provide a replacement.
