Refund policy

At Crafted Desk, every product is made with love and attention to detail. Since most of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges in general.

However, we do understand that mistakes can happen. Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  1. If you receive a defective product.

  2. If an incorrect item has been sent to you.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at [crafteddesk.in@gmail.com]

  • Please provide clear pictures and opening videos of the defective or incorrect product as proof.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Once your request is verified, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
