1. General

  • Crafted Desk (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides customized and ready-to-ship products.

  • By using this website, you agree to comply with all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Products & Customization

Customized Products: Many of our products are handcrafted and personalized as per customer requirements. Once a customization request is placed (e.g., name engraving, initials, personalized prints, etc.), it cannot be modified or cancelled after 24 hours of order confirmation.

    • Ready-to-Dispatch Products: In addition to custom products, we also offer ready-to-dispatch products that can be shipped without customization. These are subject to stock availability.

    • Due to the nature of handmade and personalized items, minor variations in color, size, or finish may occur, which is considered normal and not a defect.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • We accept payments via [Razorpay/UPI/Bank Transfer].

  • Once placed, customized orders cannot be canceled or modified.

  • In case of any payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Crafted Desk is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Due to the customized and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Only defective or damaged items may be eligible for replacement, provided we are informed within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on crafteddesk.in (designs, images, logos, text, etc.) is the intellectual property of Crafted Desk.

  • Customers may not reproduce, copy, or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Crafted Desk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, or customer negligence.

8. Privacy & Data Security

  • Your personal details are kept safe and used only to process orders and improve services.
